The results after 6 months were astonishing. Those who underwent hypnosis lost an average of 17 pounds were the non-hypnosis only lost an average of half a pound.
A similar study was also conducted in 1996 which showed the enhancement that hypnosis can bring to weight loss. Again, they found a very significant difference in weight loss patterns between those with and without hypnosis. Also, they found the same conclusion as the study above; the participants that had hypnosis treatments not only kept the weight off but actually increased their weight loss.
